POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR (REF: HRA 11)

THE JOB: Work in partnership with line managers on all human resources matters.
Provide advisory services to employees in assigned business unit.Work closely with other HR functions as it relates to assigned business units. Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with statutory and company requirements.
Help to drive organisational performance by driving core business objectives in assigned units.

QUALIFICATION: BSc/BA with at least a second class upper class of degree. 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language

THE PERSON: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational and administrative skills Excellent IT skill, Team orientated and Results focused

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Generalist HR experience within an HR environment. Key experience of working with and advising line managers



POSITION: CAREER OFFICER (REF: CAO 11)

THE JOB: Assist with development of talent management policies and framework. Assist with employee engagement that aligns talent management objectives with corporate goals. Design framework for implementing & evaluating talent management initiatives. Provide research on all talent management activities.

QUALIFICATION: BSc/BA with at least a second class upper class of degree. 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language

THE PERSON: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Report writing and presentation skills. Ability to articulate value of integrated talent management practices. Flexibility in order to adapt to varying and changing demands. Good organisational, client relationship and interpersonal skills. Creativity, teamwork and initiative and Excellent IT skills.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience designing templates and business process documents.
